Safflower Ceramide Complex: Our unique blend of Omega 6, Ceramides 3, and analogue of Ceramides 2 and 10, to relieve dry skin and help strengthen skin instantly, and over time. A patented solvent-free enzymatic synthesis process is used to obtain a biomimetic structure of the ceramides found in skin.

Dosage: A pea-sized amount 

Texture: Lightweight yet buttery 

Warm a small amount in the palm of your hands and gently massage onto skin until absorbed. Use anytime of the day on very dry, rough, or problematic areas of skin.  

Please do not store in extreme heat or direct sunlight.

Why is there a layer of oil on the top of the balm?

This balm is designed to melt into a nourishing oil on contact with your skin. If you notice a layer of oil on top of the product, simply put the jar in the fridge for 30 minutes and it will solidify again. Please do not put it in the freezer. This does not affect the quality, safety or efficacy of the product.

Can I travel with this balm?

This balm is temperature sensitive and susceptible to melting in warmer climates. When travelling, please store the jar in an upright position inside a zip-lock bag, and away from heat or direct sunlight.

 Why can I smell the oils in the balm?

This balm is formulated with a unique blend of natural plant oils and has a soothing hypoallergenic fragrance that is suitable for use on sensitive, dry and eczema-prone skin. 

This balm got onto my clothes, what do I do?

This balm is designed to absorb effortlessly and quickly into your skin, so please wait a few minutes before getting dressed. If this product comes into contact with clothing, please wash the item(s) as specified on the garment’s care label.

Why is my balm a slightly different colour to the website / my last order?

Because this balm is formulated with a unique blend of natural plant oils, there may be some variation in the colour of the raw ingredients used within the formulation. This does not affect the quality, safety or efficacy of the product.
