We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish your order to go out on the same day as it is placed please note that it will need to be with us before 12 PM PST (weekdays only).
Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground. During peak periods, we remove 2nd Day and Next Day delivery due to increased order volume.

**Standard Shipping to the US is always FREE with orders over $30.
It will take 2-3 business days for processing orders-once the order is placed to shipping and should be with you in 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around the holidays.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer a refund providing that goods are returned to us within 60 days of purchase. Please contact customer services by email at customerserviceUSA@renskincare.com or by giving us a call at (310) 356-4144 for a return authorization. REN Clean Skincare is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. Please note that all kits, sets, and bundles must be returned in full (no products missing or partial returns) or orders are not eligible for a refund.
