We have made the decision to temporarily extend our return policy to a 60 day window for purchases made on or after 2/15/20.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer a refund providing that goods are returned to us within 60 days of purchase. Please contact customer services by email at customerserviceUSA@renskincare.com or by giving us a call at (310) 356-4144 for a return authorization. REN Clean Skincare is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. Please note that all kits, sets, and bundles must be returned in full (no products missing or partial returns) or orders are not eligible for a refund.
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
